Foreign Body in Your Eye
It is a very common to have a feeling that something is in your eye. Most of the time it may be as simple as an eyelash, but other times it is more serious. Normally the increased tearing of your eyes will wash out any superficial object, but if the eye irritation persists or worsens, contact our office to visit one of our doctors.
Pink Eye and Other Eye Infections
Are your eyes tearing or do you have a mucousy discharge from your eyes? If so, you may have an eye infection we need to treat. Contact our office for an urgent visit for all infections or "pink eye" symptoms. We will initiate the correct treatment immediately to speed the healing process.
From soap or chemicals in the eye to blunt force injuries, we know your eyes are one of the most sensitive parts of your body. If you have had an accident, phone our office at (972) 540-2015 or visit our clinic to get a full diagnosis and begin immediate treatment.
Spots in Vision
New spots in your vision or eye floaters are caused by the normal changes to the jelly fluid tissue that makes up the inside of the eye. Most of the time they are not problematic and can be ignored. However, eye floaters might be a sign of something more serious that may lead to permanent vision loss. This is why the staff and doctors at First Eye Care McKinney recommend you to schedule an appointment shortly after noticing any new or changes in existing eye floaters.
Lost or Broken Glasses
Even though lost or broken glasses are not a sight threatening condition, have you ever tried to go on vacation without them. If this happens phone our office and the staff at First Eye Care McKinney will do their best to get you a replacement pair. For your convenience, some eyeglass prescriptions can be filled in less than 24 hours.
