    Shawn Kelly, O.D., dipl. ABO graduated in 1994 from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in biology and a minor in chemistry. He joined First Eye Care in 1998 after graduating from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove Oregon where he emphasized his training in eye disease, specialty contact lenses, and binocular vision.

    Parisa Foroutan O.D was raised in Plano and attended the University of Texas at Dallas where she received her degree in Biology. Dr. Foroutan received her optometric training at The University of Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio.

    Brian Rast, O.D. graduated in 1994 from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove Oregon. He joined First Eye Care in 1994 after completing an internship at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Portland, Oregon. In the Fall of 2001, he earned the additional certification of Optometric Glaucoma Specialist.
